Job Overview: As a Content Creator and Facilitator within our Diversity and Inclusion Division, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering transformative training content and skills development programs. Working collaboratively under the supervision of the group leader, you will lead dynamic workshops, ensure curriculum fidelity, and support the professional growth of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Dynamic Workshop Leadership:

   • Lead engaging workshops for the Diversity & Inclusion Division, ensuring curriculum fidelity and participant engagement.
   • Foster competency building among participants through effective communication, rapport building, and accountability.

2. Curriculum Coordination:

   • Plan and coordinate with co-facilitators to determine the best presenters and curriculum needs for each workshop series.
   • Maintain accurate workshop data, including attendance records, evaluations, and other reporting documents.

3. Training Material Development:

   • Design and revise training materials, including content, manuals, and instructional aides, to support workshop objectives.

4. Needs Assessment and Program Forecasting:

   • Assist in conducting needs assessments and program forecasting, including surveys and learning plan development.

5. Professional Development:

   • Stay up-to-date with training and development trends by participating in internal and external communities of practice, trainings, webinars, and conferences.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business and Management, or Social Sciences.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong command of English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Facilitation experience preferred.
• Diversity and Inclusion knowledge or background preferred.
